It's also one that sits in the garage or closet. So, dust it off and bring it to class for the ABSolutely best core workout! Ideal for hikers, cyclists, equestrians and anyone that wants to improve their core strength and posture. Options are available for most levels of fitness.  

All you need to bring is your inflated Stability Ball, a thick exercise mat and water. The class size is limited to ensure your personal attention and enjoyment. Questions are encouraged.  With advance notice, LuAnne can provide the necessary tools to safely adjust the inflation of your Ball.
